1. Returns

2. Return Process

3. Refunds
Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
If the item is not in its original condition, is damaged, or if there are any missing parts, we may refuse the refund or offer a partial refund.
4. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or the wrong item was sent. If you need to exchange an item for the same item or a different size, please follow the return process outlined above and indicate that you would like an exchange instead of a refund.

If the item is found to be damaged or defective, we will offer you a replacement or a full refund, along with a pre-paid return shipping label for the damaged item.
