  • If you have a promo code or discount coupon, you can apply it at checkout. Promo codes are case-sensitive, so please enter them exactly as provided.
  • Promo codes cannot be combined with other offers unless otherwise stated.

8. Installment Payments (If Available)

For eligible orders, we offer installment payment options through partners like Shop Pay. This allows you to split the cost of your order into 4 interest-free payments. To use this option, simply select Shop Pay at checkout and follow the instructions provided.

9. Failed or Declined Payments

If your payment fails for any reason (e.g., insufficient funds, expired card, incorrect details), your order will not be processed. You will be notified of the failure, and you can attempt to make the payment again with an alternative method. If payment is not received within a reasonable timeframe, your order may be canceled.

10. Currency

All payments are processed in U.S. dollars (USD). If you are purchasing from outside the United States, your payment provider may convert the amount to your local currency. Please note that currency conversion rates and any associated fees will depend on your bank or payment provider.

11. Order Cancellations

Once an order is placed, it is processed quickly to ensure prompt shipment. Chicss Beau does not guarantee cancellations once an order has been confirmed. If the order has not yet been processed for shipment, we may be able to cancel the order and issue a refund.

Refunds are issued according to our Refund and Returns Policy. If a refund is approved, the amount will be returned to your original payment method. Depending on your payment provider, it may take 7-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

If you paid using an installment plan (e.g., Shop Pay), refunds will be processed in accordance with the terms of the installment plan.
